How to start doing squats
Its best to first start squatting with some support, such as a wall or a ball.
Stand with your head and back against a wall/ball. Position your feet shoulder-width apart, about 18 inches from the wall, and keep your arms at your sides. Lower your body into a squat position until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold and repeat x10.
Speak to your physiotherapist if you need help with an exercise or for an exercise programme.
