- At least 180 minutes of physical activity at any intensity throughout the day and 60 minutes of this should be moderate to vigorous.
- Child mustn’t be restrained for more than 1 hour at a time.
- Needs regular routine with 10-13 hours of good quality sleep (inclusive of naps).
- Screen time should not exceed 60 minutes
